Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to improper use or customer negligence
  • Clearance or final-sale items (where specified)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item shipped by MilanoSet

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure once delivered.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • An incorrect item was received

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MilanoSet cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
